We have a processing time of 1-3 days, once payment has cleared, before items are shipped out from our store. All shipping is done primarily through UPS Ground at this time. If you need an item sooner, please email us and arrangements can be made.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or broken?
The Purple Gift Bag can send a replacement item once the original item has been received. Please notify us if there is any issue with the product that has been received. Refunds can only be issued after the damaged merchandise has been received inour possession.

How do I pay?
At this time, we only accept payment through paypal. Items must be paid for in full - we will not accept partial payments.

Yes, we do! Email us at [email protected] to be added to our mailing list. Catalogs are also sent with each order.

How is shipping calculated?
Our shipping is based on weight, not per item. Items will be shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS).
